Sunday School Topic for Adults - The topic for Sept 28 is depression - The top topic for Sunday, 28th, 9:30am, is Depression. The top line talks about how shocked we were with Robin William’s suicide. Is there someone who we could invite that would bring some needed information to our class? Meeting starts at 9:30 in Fellowship Hall.

Women's Fall Bible Study - Will start Sept 4 at 9 am. Books will be available for $8.20. Becoming a Woman of Grace, by well-known author Cynthia Heald, explores the many ways God’s grace has already enriched our life, and how we can know God’s grace more fully and then extend it to others. Please sign up in the office. For more information please call the church office.

In Fellowship

Wed Night Meals - Will be served again at 6:00 pm in Fellowship Hall, beginning September 3 and continuing through December 10, except for the night before Thanksgiving (November 26). Marcia Sadler will cater and the cost is $7 per person. After the meal, singing and devotions, Pastor Dennis will lead an inductive Bible study at 7:04 pm. Please join us for these good evenings together! Note: When Ludington Area Schools are closed because of stormy weather on a Wednesday, that evening’s meal is cancelled.

Salvation army Food Pantry - Please remember to bring non-perishable items for the Salvation Army Food Pantry: Cans of baked beans, soups, fruits and vegetables; boxes of macaroni and cheese, cereal, boxed meals; packages of rice, noodles, pasta and beans; peanut butter and jelly, powdered milk, and any other non-perishable items. CROP Hunger Walk - This year’s CROP Hunger Walk will be Sunday, October 12. Sign up in the narthex September 28 or October 5 to walk or donate, or call the church office if you want to get started collecting sponsors early.  


Volunteer Opportunities  

Please call the Church office to see if any volunteer opportunities are available.  

Sound and Video Tecs needed - We are in need of sound and video techs to help with both the 9:30 and 11:00 services. We have a comprehensive training program but some knowledge of computer is helpful. Please contact the church office

Handbell Choir Help needed - Do you enjoy music? Do you want to help make music at your church? Handbell Choir is in need of a couple players. It is fun and easier than it may look. Please consider joining Handbell Choir. We rehearse on Tuesdays starting at 5:00. You are more than welcome to stop in during rehearsal to listen and watch. You can even give ringing the bells a try when you stop in if that will help you decide whether to join us or not. Even volunteering to help play a part when people are absent would be of great help to our group. the church office.
